Description
Curry leaves are aromatic leaves with a strong influence on Sri Lankan, South Asian, and Southeast Asian cuisines. It measures around 2 to 4cm in length with an elliptical shape and a pointed tip. When young, these leaves are bright green and turn into a darker shade as they mature.
On the taste palette, curry leaves have a citrusy and mildly bitter taste to them. On the flavor side, it’s slightly spicy, nutty, earthy, and with a hint of citrus on top of it.
